Lemonade Diet Recipe for Fast Weight Loss

Lemonade diet is a 10 day diet or a fast you can that is performed to reduce the extra kilos. In this 10 day fast a person is expected to drink only the special lemonade and nothing else. Lemonade diet is the best way to clean the colon walls and intestine. It is not certain to lose weight with lemonade diet but it helps in balancing the body and also reboots the metabolic structure and this rebooting of the metabolic structure further helps in reducing weight.




Take this diet schedule for around ten days. Drink 10 glasses everyday.

Follow the simple steps to make the lemonade.



Take 2 tablespoon of squeezed fresh lemon or lime juice but not any bottled juice that you get in the market.

  • 2 tablespoons of Grade B organic maple syrup.
  • 1/10 teaspoon of red hot pepper.
  • 1 cup of spring water or purified water.
  • This is equal to that of taking an empty gallon jug and then filling it up with:
  • 1 ¼ cup grade B organic maple syrup
  • Juice of 5 lemons
  • Cayenne pepper or red hot pepper 1 teaspoon
  • 10 full cups of water.
