Stop Obesity- Lose Weight First

Obesity is a situation or a body condition where the body begins to overweight  due to the excess body fat will be accumulated which may lead to reduced life expectancy and causes many other critical health.


·         The treatment to obesity is to reduce body weight by various techniques and treatments available.

·         The treatment for obesity can be started with an exercise like brick walk, jogging, yoga, aerobics,  and spend time working out at the gym to lose weight.

·         Consumption of honey with warm water of herbal green tea can help to reduce weight. This is recommended only for non diabetics.

·         Avoid sleeping in the afternoon after lunch; this also helps in burning lots of calories.

·         Don’t rush to get rid of losing weight and use chemical products, always go with the natural and  herbal products.

·         Reduce the intake of sugar which has lots of calories; instead start replacing the sugar free products available in the market.

·         Consume food that is rich in fiber which makes you feel full than having usual food.

·          Avoid watching television while eating. Scientific study says that a person eats forty percent more food than usual when watching while eating.

·         Increase the intake of quantity of fruits and vegetables which are low in fat in your regular diet.
·         Always check and select the food which is low in calories and high in fiber when shopping for food.

·          Avoid intake of too much salt in the diet as it may be a major reason for increasing body weight.

·         Include the ingredients like ginger, cinnamon, black pepper etc. in your regular diet. These work miracle for losing weight. 

·         Eat Fruits instead of having juice, this cut down lots of calories.

·         Skipping on meals has worst effects on health more than losing weight. Make sure you have a balanced diet of at least four meals per day.

·          Avoid chocolates and sweets, these and next to poison for obesity.

·          Keep drinking lots of water which flushes out the unnecessary fat’s accumulated in the body.

·         Include raw vegetables in the breakfast rather than processed vegetables which will help to reduce weight fast than any other process. Processed vegetables lose almost half of the vitamins and proteins they contain and even avoid canned vegetables because they are almost processed.

·          Have a glass of water before your meal which makes you feel full and eat less and try to have one  more glass of water which helps digestion.

·         Avoid rice and replace it with roti made with wheat which is very less in calories.

·         Having black coffee/tea can cut a lot of calories but it is strongly recommended to have black tea than black coffee since it have caffeine and it may cause more adverse affect than obesity.

·          Eat only when you are really hungry sticking to the timings that you has set for the regular meals.
·         Munching stuff in between the regular meals can add up few extra calories.

·          Fast at least once in a week with consuming only water or fresh prepared low calorie fruit juice, this can burn out lot of calories.
